Will I be charged customs fees?
Customs fee is charged by Customs offices in destination country based on local rules and policies. For now, customs fees in European Union are paid by the sender (IROCOCO). For the rest countries, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full responsibility should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes or do not assist custom clearance process before deadline which may cause the package being destroyed.
Failed Delivery Situation
Please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number/apartment number if you have one.
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, no one answer the call, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. Some logistics may offer a resend service within the country. Please offer your new address then. The resend normally takes 2-4 weeks. Hope for your patience.

PO BOX Address
Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. The delivery time for these addresses will take longer and may have chance failing to be delivered. We will not responsible for this.
