15 Days Return Warranty

Customers can apply for refund within 15 days after receiving the item. Please contact us at support@irococo.com to apply for refund. 

1. For returns / exchanges that meet the following conditions, we will refund in full of the original product price and its shipping fee or resend for free a replacement at our expense:

  • The product has any manufacturing or quality defects;
  • The product has been damaged in the course of shipment;
  • The product is not what you ordered.
2. Customer made a wrong order

    If the customer has ordered an incorrect size of the product or don't like or satisfied with the product, we may also allow a return within 15 days after receiving the product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. And we will refund the original product price after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    The product must not marked as non-returnable. Pls notice that underwear, swimwear, socks are non-returnable for health reason, clearance items are non-returnable as well.

    Please make sure that the item is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Used, damaged, modified,  or assembled items will not be accepted for returns.

    3. Customer write a wrong/insufficient address

    Please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number and write a correct address as well as contact number when place your order. If you write a wrong address, please contact support@irococo.com to edit it before the shipment. Once the package has been shipped, the address can't be edited anymore. Customer will be responsible in this situation. Some logistics method may support a resend in different address within the country. Please offer your new address then. The resend normally takes 3~6 weeks. Hope for your patience.

     Please note that do not send returned items to the sender's address from the package you received. We will not accept any returns without you contacting us first. 

    Refund Policy

    Once a refund has been agreed to in writing, the refund will be processed within 2-5 business days upon confirmed receipt of the returned products. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. After this time, you will receive your refund between 5-7 business days.
