The dress is so pretty, it’s a thick material and fits beautifully. I was a bit apprehensive ordering through a company based on the other side of the world, but I cannot put into words how brilliant the customer service has been throughout the whole process. I first realised I’d ordered the wrong size dresses and they replied to my email so quickly and were extremely helpful in changing all the sizes for me. They even emailed again to say when one of the dresses came back in stock in a bigger size! All the dresses came well packaged in individual zip lock bags. Unfortunately I needed to return a couple but didn’t hear back from them for a little while so emailed, and again had a very quick reply to say that the refund would be processed within 3 days. Excellent service! Thank you!
